Prom

I was in the gym of what looked like Weyers Cave Elementary School, and I was doing some sort of basketball practice. I was trying to slam dunk the ball into various baskets because I felt that they were low enough to try it on. After piddling around with this for a while, I left and went outside.

There were lots and lots of people outside, all lined up to go into the front. I realized that there was a prom going on and that I had the chance to go. So I got into line, and while I was in line, I
passed Mrs. Williams (my fourth grade teacher). She was getting upset at Eric (brother) for some reason, and she was sending "them" (him and a group of his friends, I think) off to Tybee Island (which wasn't far away, despite this was in Virginia).

So as I stood in line, I started talking to a few people, and I think I remember seeing John and Natalie (both from Papa John's) there waiting in line, along with Stephen and Andy (friends from school) and a few others that I recognized. I somehow got dressed for the prom while I was waiting, and then I finally found myself inside.

At first when I entered, I met up with Andy and we went past the first door that everyone was going into the room it was being held in, and we decided to go into the second door. At first I thought I was missing my ticket, but then I remembered that I had it, even though I ended up not having to show it to anyone.

We went in and were walking around just seeing who was there. After a little bit, he found a small group of his friends to stop and talk to, so we were there doing that, and all of a sudden I
felt something hitting me in the back and on the back of my arm. I turned around, and it was Jenny (Andy's ex-girlfriend) spraying cheddar spray-cheese at me. I got mad at her, and I was blocking it with my hand, and I approached her and finally got hold of the can and shook it and
yelled at her for doing that to me. She was there kind of laughing and carrying on, along with Jamie (a girl from church), but I got even more upset. I wanted to spray them back, but I couldn't do it. I ended up throwing the cans of cheese down on the ground, and when I did, the
mechanism for spraying broke and ended up pointing up at them as the can lay on the ground, and it sprayed them anyway. They got upset about it, but I wasn't too worried since I had it all over my back. Then Andy and I left and found the bathroom so I could clean up, and so he could use the bathroom.

When we found it, we went in, and there were both guys and girls in there, even though we knew it was just the boy's bathroom. I think I must have taken off my jacket and put it somewhere, because when we went back in to the prom, I didn't have it on anymore. After this, Andy and I walked around some more and met up with some people and just sat and talked, but that was about it.
