Grandmamma Comes to Visit and Describes Her Healing in Heaven (and Patrick Duffy on the Side)

This one started out that I was on some sort of farm, and Patrick Duffy was there. I kept thinking about him and how the thought of him having a "Patrick Duffy leg" (like Scuzzlebutt on South Park) was hilarious. After thinking about this and wanting to joke around with him about it, I decided that maybe I shouldn't, because he may be somewhat sensitive about it.

So I left him and walked up to this white farm house (while I was doing so, I passed a rabbit that was out front by the sidewalk) and climbed up the front of it to the 3rd floor and knocked on the window/door. Chris (blond nerdy guy from school) was inside, and I caught him in the corner of my eye just as I was turning around to go down to the next level. So I decided to just keep going like I hadn't seen him, and I went on down. I knocked on that door/window, and the whole same thing happened again. After I finally got back down to the main floor, I let him answer the door before I left, and we talked for a moment, although I don't remember about what.

Then I got into my car and I was driving down interstate 64 to go over to Crozet. I started up the mountain, and it was all the same as it had been before, but as I started to go back down, the road made an unfamiliar sharp turn to the right, and started going back down-- the side I had just come up! I wondered how this was going to get me there.

I then looked down at my speedometer, and I realized it was only reading about 40, so I sped up, but I realized that I was actually going the same speed as everyone else already, and so if I went much faster, I may end up speeding and getting pulled over. I realized that my speedometer was way off now, not just by the 5 mph that it is right now. So I just kept going along this new unfamiliar part of the interstate, trying not to worry about it much.

The next thing I know is that it's close to night time, and I'm outside of mom's and Pat's (step-father) house in an above ground pool that is close to the maple tree at the right of the house. My computer was up on the edge, and I was in a chat room. Josh (from Papa John's) came over and was chatting in the room, and he was wanting to chat with someone in there, and so he put out this huge message to do so. I tried helping him out with making the text look smaller. After going on with this for a little bit, Josh said this whole thing was stupid and left. I then started swimming around in the pool, and for some reason I thought about grandmamma being there. The next thing I knew was that I was up at the front porch, and mom was at the door, Grandmamma was on the porch with me, and Evylin and Edith (friends of grandmamma's from down the road) were in or around this pickup truck that was backed up to the porch. I gave grandmamma a big hug and she returned it with a tough hug herself. I was somewhat surprised.

Then, at first I was thinking that I'd have to move this heavy thing for Grandmamma, but then it turned out that she was strong enough to do it. Mom and I looked at each other in surprise, as she sat whatever she was carrying (it was either a large box filled with stuff, or it was an overstuffed chair) onto the metal glider that we had on the front porch.

Grandmamma then started talking about some of the medical procedures that she had been going through in the spiritual realm that have given her her youthful muscles back. She had all these 3-ring binders and such that had things written on them (I remember seeing CAT scan on one of them) and she was showing them to me as she was explaining what these doctors were doing to help her out. I remember thinking it kind of odd that there were doctors in the spiritual realm, but I didn't say anything about it. I ended up giving her another big hug, and she gave me another big one back, just like someone who was very strong and built might. Then she explained a little more about the procedures she went through.

I think I then woke up briefly, and after checking the clock, went back to sleep. (I did this several times during the course of this dream, I think) When I came back to the dream, she was still telling me about the procedures and the doctors there, and the stack of 3-ring binders had gotten bigger. I got down off the porch and tried dragging them out to the end of the sidewalk, but either the ones underneath kept sliding out, or most of the stack just fell over because of the wobbling down the sidewalk. Either way, I think I gave her another hug, and apologized for dumping her stuff everywhere.
