Gene the Guard and His Dog

I was at Pleasant Valley Church, and I was inside for some reason. Then I either called or ran across Gene, the guard that's there in the guard house during the afternoons when I get to work (Merillat). He was there with his dog, and he was going to take him out for a walk. I remember saying that I'd meet him outside at the little parking space down by the back of the church near the playground. After a moment I went down and he was there with this big black dog, and he had his sleeves to his jacket rolled up and was wearing black gloves.
