It was raining out, and we had gotten there very early in the morning. In fact, we had gotten there before the office had even opened. Somehow we were allowed to go inside and sit in the waiting area even though the doors and windows to the main office area were closed.
We sat there to the left of most of the seating area, and there were other people around waiting, too. Most of them were there to see the actual dentist, which it turned out was in an office that was on the other side of the waiting room. So the building had a layout similar to this:

We were sitting where the red dot is. To the left, the booth type area sticking out of the wall is where the receptionist area for the Tysabri office was. The area with the gray carpet is where the receptionist area was for the dentist, and the area to the far right where the door is the actual waiting area for the dentist.
While we were waiting, they were announcing for various people over the intercom to come to their appointment. At one point there was a bit of confusion, and when someone was called, they didn't know which office to go to. The receptionist to the Tysabri office was kind of there (but kind of not, too ???) and I said something about how they needed to specify which office to go to or to have a separate waiting room for the dentist. She agreed and mentioned something about the dentist office already having their own waiting area on the other side of the dentist reception office.
We waited around for a short bit longer, and the office finally opened and we were able to go in, but the dream ended before we actually got into the office.
