I was with a group of friends at a movie theater, and Cindy (girl from school) was the one selling us the tickets. Andy (friend from school and church) and Nick (step-brother) were both there, but I don't remember who else was there. I think they each had their girlfriends there with them or something, but I'm not sure about that.
Anyway, we ended up going in to see this movie, which I think was supposed to be one of the romantic comedy types, but all I really remember about it was a big mountain scene at the end and then the credits, and the lights coming back on while everyone was getting up. It turned out that Cindy had come in there with us to watch it, and she was sort of like my date there, but she was sitting up a couple of rows ahead of me.
After we got up and all walked out, Cindy had to do a couple of things as far as finishing up the stuff with the theater, and then she was free to go with us. Nick had driven his own car, and he had parked it right out front, but while we were inside, a cop had come along and put one of those tire things on it to keep it from going anywhere, and wrote him a ticket. For some reason we all found this laughable. Also, when I looked back out at his car, it actually was like he had a jet ski, and it was up on a trailer and hooked to the back of a pick-up truck. The wheel that had been locked was the passenger side one on the trailer.
So we all ended up piling into either my car or Cindy's car, but Cindy was the one driving, and so we were going down the road, and some crazy driver was behind us, weaving back and forth and such. We thought he was drunk, and then we saw a cop pull up behind them. We were all thrilled because we thought that he was going to get pulled over. Then cop lights came on on the first car, and it turned out it was an unmarked vehicle, and he ended up pulling us over. I remember hearing his siren several times in short blips, but nothing too bad.
I was waiting for Cindy to pull over, but for some reason it seemed like she was thinking that she wanted to make sure that they were really wanting to pull us over instead of someone else. So finally she pulled over and the cop came up to the window. He was acting strangely, though. He was being extremely forceful, and at the same time he was laughing and joking around. I couldn't quite figure out what was going on.
Anyway, he ended up looking at Nick and asking for his license. Nick was in the process of getting a new one and so all he had was a sheet of paper that had all the info on it that he needed. The cop took it and jovially ripped it up and told him to be at a certain church at a certain time the next day to get his real license. We were wondering about the one he had just ripped up, and how he was supposed to get there without it, but evidently since the cop did it, then he'd know that Nick had it and it would be okay.
So we ended up leaving that point and heading to a restaurant or cafe of some sort and just sat around at these tables. Even though Cindy was there, I ended up not sitting with her for some reason. I think that everyone else was sitting as couples, though.
I can't remember if someone was actually sitting with Cindy or not, but there was this girl there that had gotten upset about something, and she ended up getting up from her table and coming over to me and taking my hand and taking me over to her table. She was tall and thin and had blond hair that was a little longer than shoulder length, I think. She was right about my age, but I'm not sure if I knew her or not. She was wearing a long white dress that was fairly simple, but very flattering. I think she seemed somewhat familiar in my dream, but I'm not certain.
When we got over to her booth, she wound up sort of laying across the table, and I was either sitting on the end of the seat or standing next to her at the end of the table. I looked around briefly, and off to some tables to my right and next to the windows, there were two girls their with their boyfriends. (It may have been Andy's and Nick's girlfriends, but I'm not sure) Anyway, they each had on a dress that flattered them like the blond girl's did. The one that I mainly remember, she had shorter brown/red hair and the dress was dark. I then turned my attention back to the girl that had brought me over to her table, and she was laying somewhat on her back on the table. I laid my hand on her stomach/side, and I could feel from her stomach that she was really sad about something. I wanted to ask her what was wrong, but I didn't for some reason.
