Which Dirt Road?

I think was with Kate (from Canada) and there was something about we were supposed to be going out somewhere. I don't remember much of what was going on, but at one point I left and went out down this dirt road and then to a paved road, and the out the end of another dirt road. I think I was driving the first time, but then after I got back, I decided to go out for a run, so I did, and right to the same place. When I got back, I think that Kate was going to ask me where I went to, and I was going to try to explain by saying 'to the end of the dirt road' but then I realized that there were two of them, and I didn't know how to distinguish one from the other.
