The Sick Note

I started out at home office, and Kim (my step-mom) was working there.  She came to me and asked me to deliver a sick note to her supervisor, Deborah (transportation supervisor in home office), so I took it and tried to do so.

I wound up wandering through most of home office before I went up several stories and went into the "outer office" where the secretary sits for Ernst (President).   Here is the layout:

The door at the top of the outer office leads to a bathroom and the door/hall on the right side of Alan's office leads to various business offices.  Ernst's secretary was situated between the hall door and the door to Ernst's office on the same wall, facing the back wall.
I had turned to go towards Ernst's office at first, but I realized I shouldn't be walking in there unannounced, so I turned and went back past Alan's office to go to the business offices.  I was just getting ready to go into that hallway when I saw Kim again.  She asked me to keep trying to get the sick note to Deborah and then left.  I went into the hallway for the business offices and found Deborah coming out of one of the offices on the left and gave her the note.  I then turned to leave the way I came in.

Once I got back out to the outer office, I went to the back wall and went into the bathroom.  The door that was there went directly into a toilet stall of a larger bathroom.  The toilet was on the wall opposite of the door, and there was a "regular" stall door to my right.  Beyond that was the rest of the bathroom.  It was a general public bathroom just like any other except for the extra door that went out behind me.  I closed the door behind me and proceeded to use the bathroom.

When I was nearly done, I heard someone come in through the other door to the bathroom.  I could see a little over the top of the stall door to my right, and there were two guys in gray suits that came in.  They were laughing and joking around and I saw one heading towards the stall I was in.  I looked down and realized that the door was not locked, so I quickly locked it.

The guy stopped in his tracks and glared up at me.  He had fair skin, dark eyes and short dark hair.  He was furious that I was in there and started yelling at me for being in there.  I didn't really care much so I finished up using the bathroom and got ready to leave when he started beating on the door.

He took several steps back and then took off running at the door.  He hit it full force and the whole stall shook.  He backed up and did it again.  I knew that when he hit it this time everything was going to start collapsing, so I hurried and started backing out the door behind me back into the outer office area.  Just as I did, the stall started to collapse around me, and actually the way the stall door came crashing in from him hitting in kind of squished me out of the stall and out into the outer office.

I started running from them and they were chasing me.  As I ran through the outer office area again and over towards Ernst's office, I saw Paul (father-in-law) there.  I chatted with him for a few moments, kind of giving him the breakdown of what was going on, and he said something along the lines of how he could probably help take care of my problem with the two guys that were chasing me.  I think I declined because I wanted to try to solve it myself first, so I thanked him and kept running.

I went back through all the office areas, such as through the business office area and wherever I had first met up with Kim, and I wound back up with in the outer office area.  Once I was there, I ran back into the bathroom.  I didn't see the guys around and I thought I was safe in there.  They came through the other door again and the whole thing of smashing against the stall door happened again, ending with me going back out again the way I came in.

Track Practice and Ice Cubes

I was at my old high school, and I was supposed to be there for track and cross country running practice. It was a bit of an odd thing because I knew I had already graduated years ago, but I was there anyway.

So I wound up leaving the gymnasium area with some of the people from school that I ran track and cross country with, and we were running around the school grounds and various areas just beyond. It was strange because there was a lot to the surrounding areas. It was almost like an amusement park or city park type of area rather than the open fields and hills that I knew in waking life.

As I ran, I found I was able to run using huge strides, which allowed me to go very fast, and I was able to do it for long periods of time. I was surprised that I wasn't getting tired out like I thought I would, but I just kept going with it and enjoyed it.

There were others that were faster than me and others that were slower, and the path that we were running wound back on itself in various places. So I wound up passing people that were running the opposite direction from me because they had either already looped around or I had. The path seemed to go through these areas where there were very tall pine trees on the side of a hill, and there were gravel roads or dirt paths for us to run on. There were also strange features around, kind of like large fountains or something.

After we were done running, I wound up making my way back to the locker room. While I was in there, I wound up having a great need for ice cubes. I think I was throwing them or something, but I just know it seemed like I really needed them.

I then left for a while, like I either went to class or went home or something, but then I came back do the gymnasium area again later for P.E. class. I hadn't changed yet and I wound up asking some of the girls that were there in the gym already about the ice cubes. They started kind of joking with me and making fun of me for needing the ice cubes. They weren't doing it in a mean way. It was like we were all good friends and they were just picking on me, and I was laughing about it, too.

It turned out that the only place there was an ice machine was in the girls' locker room. I guess I didn't really see that as being a big deal, and so I wound up going in there to look for it. There were some girls in there just standing or sitting around and talking. No one was changing or anything. They laughed when they saw me in there, and I was acting goofy like I was trying not to look at them even though I knew they weren't undressed at all.

I eventually found the ice machine by the bathroom, and I think the dream ended before I even got out of the locker room.
